We Just Learned Top Gun 2 Is Really Coming-Here’s The First Look

After Years Of Speculating, It’s Actually Happening.

There are two schools of thought when thinking of the classic 80’s movie Top Gun.

Some people absolutely love it. From the F-14 Tomcats that are coveted by aviation fanatics to the whole “loving Navy aviators thing,” this movie has a special place in some peoples’ hearts.

Then there are the folks who saw through the whole macho BS and don’t think the movie was good at all. We could get into that if we wanted to, but we actually have a spoof trailer of that movie below if you fall into the second category. If you need a good laugh today, we recommend you watch it.

Now, there have been numerous rumors and minor leaks that Top Gun 2 is coming. Just a year or so ago Tom Cruise Tweeted he was in talks with producer Jerry Bruckheimer about a sequel, but that was the end of it.

On May 30th, 2018, however, Tom shared this picture on his Instagram:

After just 11 hours, it already got 185,000 likes so it seems to us people are really looking forward to this movie. The problem is, there is no mention of the plot or anything for that matter. The tag “#Day1”, however, indicates this is really happening and from the looks of it, Tom might be cruising in an F/A-18 Hornet. Pun intended.

We’ll follow this Hollywood thing for the time being and let you folks know any new info that arises about this movie.
