Sharp As Ever.

If you’re here reading this, you most likely know who Chuck Yeager is. However, since our audience is so broad, we’ll write a quick blurb about him for those who don’t. If you’re well versed, just skip ahead to the links of his tweets.

Chuck was born in 1923 in West Virginia. At 19, he enlisted in the United States Army Air Forces in 1942 serving as a mechanic and later became a pilot. He fought in World War II and became “ace in a day,” having 11.5 confirmed victories by the end of the war. Later, he went on to be the first person to break the sound barrier, setting many world speed records and earning accolades that would fill up an entire book.

Fast forward some 70 plus years, and Chuck is alive and kicking at 94, using Twitter almost every day. He typically has some really great responses to people that are often, sharp, funny and brutally honest.

Over the past month, he’s been doing a lot of question and answer type tweets. We’ve compiled some of the most interesting ones that have to do with World War II and flight. Check them out below.
