There is evidence which indicates that the J-20 is actually stolen from US Air Force technology. It all began in 1999 when an American F-117 Nighthawk was shot down over Yugoslavia and its remains were sold to China allowing them to obtain materials to achieve stealth. In 2009, the United States Government confirmed that databases containing information on the F-22 Raptor and F-35 Lightning II had been compromised by Chinese hackers. The end result is the Chengdu J-20, which has now officially joined People’s Liberation Army Air Force.

China now becomes the second nation to operate Fifth-generation aircraft following the United States with the F-22 and F-35. This film shows the fully operation J-20 in action, see for yourself.
