What a Spectacle!
Rich Goodwin, a talented aerobatics display pilot who served in the RAF, builds his own planes. In this particular instance, he bought an Eagle Bi-plane and modified it with two Lynx Turbo Jets.
The remarkable Biplane G-JPIT featured in the video has been built from scratch after some modifications to the wing design, massive ailerons providing it with an excellent rate of toll, and the impressive 2 Lynx Turbo Jets.
Got to say, this is an absolutely fascinating display, and such a joy to watch.
The footage was well-captured, and Rich Goodwin is one fantastic pilot. The man’s flying skills are impeccable, and it’s commendable how he modified a plane and added turbo jets to it! Who does that!?
