It looks like this C-17 stalled right after it landed. Without any proper incident report, the cause of this stall will never be formally known. However, if the internet was abundant in something, it would be internet sleuths.

A myriad of things could have caused this issue. After all, anything can happen to a huge and complex aircraft such as the C-17. 

This plane was used for transport, medical evacuations, and airdrop missions among others. To add to that, it was also used to provide humanitarian aid for the ones affected by the 2010 Haiti earthquake and the 2011 Sindh floods in Pakistan.
