They Stood No Chance
The second day of the Radom Air Show 2023 in Poland was going well at first. That was until one of Patrouille Suisse’s F-5E suffered a birdstrike!
It wasn’t just an ordinary birdstrike either; the pilot, in the middle of his routine, couldn’t navigate away from the huge flock of birds in time. You can even hear the sound those birds made as they collided with the jet’s frame!
Luckily, the F-5E didn’t suffer any mechanical damage and the pilot was able to land the plane safely after the accident.
Talk about a close call!
