Gripen Amazing Spiral With Flares

This is Definitely One Sick Fighter!

In this footage, we see a Hungarian Air Force Saab JAS 39 Gripen spiraling with smoke and dumping flares during the 2021 Kecskemét airshow. The pilot has incredible flying skills and excellent aircraft, and it just keeps getting better. The delta wing and the canards looked amazing. Plus, that side spiral, or whatever it’s called, looked pretty cool. It was such an impressive moment.

Overall, such an amazing-looking aircraft. While this certainly is one of the most underrated fighter aircraft out there, we’re glad that it’s starting to get more recognition with the different Air Forces. We’re also curious how it compares to the latest-gen F-16. Such a fantastic lightweight fighter.
