This New Attack Helicopter Demo Video Will Give You Shivers

Let’s start off with the obvious and not start a comment war on Facebook or other places. This is no Apache nor Cobra. We know that. Smaller and with much less armament, you couldn’t compare it to those two, but we can see a great use for it for insertions and providing temporary cover. Just wanted to put that out there.

The H145M can transport a maximum of 10 troops at a time.

Having said that, what you’ll be seeing in the video is an H series helicopter made by Airbus but adopted for the military. This one is designated H145M and packs 12-tube rocket launchers, a 20 mm cannon and a 12.7mm machine gun. It can also be equipped with air-to-ground rockets. Like we said, it won’t hover around for a while providing support but can definitely get military personnel in and out of hot spots when necessary.

The video below is something else though. Whoever Airbus hired to make this promotional video is really good. We seriously got chills when we were watching not only the firing but the interior shots of the helicopter. Notice too how maneuverable it seems to be.
