Step Inside Trump’s Borderline Absurd Private Jet

Since we’re aviation people, we won’t get into politics here as it gets really messy really quickly. Yes, we’re writing this post because of the result of the November 8th, 2016 election, but that’s about it. Trump one like it or not, but what caught our eye is his absolutely over the top private jet. Don’t believe us that it’s over the top well, check this out.

Although he had a private jet before, this one trumps (get it?) it in a big way. In 2011 he bought his second jet which was a Boeing 757. He bought it from Microsoft’s founder Paul Allen himself. That wasn’t enough though. It was JUST a jetliner.

We’ve heard this plane called “Trump Force One” before, but as of November 8th, 2016, it seems appropriate.

This video will go into what modifications Trump made to his plane. It includes a lot of gold-plating, that’s for sure. It was customized for comfort and includes things such as a GUEST bedroom, screening room and the like. You can watch all that in the video but we’ll give you some facts that are not included in it.

For one, one hour of flight time runs him about $11,000. Also, he had all the avionics replaced which include an all glass cockpit. This means that the instrument panels are all computerized and state of the art.

They’re not gold though.
