An Impressive Restoration
Youtuber Stuart Warne sold his ¼ composite CARF Spitfire into a smaller RC 1/5 scale P-51D. The video shows the work he has done for the restoration of the smaller warbird. For its maiden flight, he did a range test, power test, and taxi test which the model did excellently well.
A week later, he tested the model again. One notable change was that the prop was changed, and had completely transformed the model. Moreover, Warne was also more comfortable flying it this time, leading to a much better flight than the maiden. Once up in the air, it did some pretty impressive rolls and turns as well.
