We Just Found This Rc Red Bull Cobra And It’s Beyond Impressive

RCScaleAirplanes / YouTube
One of the greatest Rc YouTube channels we follow, RCScaleAirplanes, just uploaded a new video of an RC airshow in Fagagna, Italy. A smaller gathering, it did attract one of the coolest helicopter RCs we’ve seen in a while. A replica of Red Bull’s real-life Cobra TAH-1F.

As you’ll see in the video below, no detail was overlooked when making the model, with all the control surfaces working as they should. Not to mention that little compartment where you can store your own Red Bulls if you want. Nice touch if we could say so ourselves.
Here are the specs of this build:
- Scale 1/4
- Rotor diam.: 3.35m
- Length: 3.42m
- Height: 1m
- Wide: 0.85m
- Turbine: Jakadofsky Pro XL
- Weight: 38kg
- 18 servos
- Time to build: 1,600 hours
The real thing is much more impressive of course. We’ve covered their Hangar7 project which restores vintage warbirds, but they also have many more projects, this Cobra being one of them.

We couldn’t find out exactly how they were able to obtain it as getting military aircraft of this kind is hard, but their websiteย did mention the Cobra was demilitarizedย prior to purchase.ย That’s good to hear.
