Blue Skies Airmen.

This video comes to us from one of our favorite videographers who calls himself bobsurgranny on YouTube. He typically goes to some of the best airshows in the U.K. and uploads his videos after editing the crap out of them. Literally. These videos are typically perfect.

Believe it or not, it’s been 70 years since the United States Air Force became its own branch. Remember though, the U.S did have a flying force before that, it was just called the United States Army Air Corps. It was in 1947 however, that they became their own thing.

As for this video, you’ll be seeing the following aircraft displays:

  • F-15C Eagle 493 FS
  • F-15E Strike Eagle 48 FS
  • F-16C 480 FS
  • KC-135R 351 ARS

As you’ll be able to deduce from the video, these guys were really putting on a show. Flying low and fast, we might have to say that some of the maneuvers would not be able to be performed here in the U.S. The FAA has much stricter regulations so getting buzzed like that would probably be out of the question. Still, at least you get to see this video.

Go Air Force!
