History Rare Demo Display ME-262 at RIAT-2023

Absolutely Fantastic!

This footage features a perfect ME-262 Replica flying for a demo for the very first time at the Riat 2023. There are not a lot of videos that feature a Me-262 flying so this has to be one of the best out there, for sure! It’s wonderful to see the Me-262 in flight and doing various maneuvers.

The aircraft, registration D-IMTT, is operated by Flugmuseum Messerschmitt and supported by the Airbus Heritage Flight. It has been based in Manching, Germany since it was delivered there in 2006. These replicas have a strengthened undercarriage and modern General Electric CJ610 Turbojet engines but are disguised to look like the original Junkers Jumo 004B engines.
