Insanely Awesome Sounds

In this footage, we get a closer look at WWII’s three most iconic twin-engine planes- the North American B-25 Mitchell, Consolidated Catalina PBY-5a, and a de Havilland DH.98 Mosquito doing low and loud flybys.

We think that the B-25 has the most distinctive, unique sound and the Catalina simply sounds majestic. Meanwhile, the Mosquito sound is definitely pure power and menace. We absolutely love those big radials.

While all three are amazing with three different incredible sounds, which one do you think is the best? Which one do you think is the clear winner, hands down? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!
