Are The Numbers Real?

This video gives a walkthrough of the number of aircraft destroyed during WWII. However, many may disagree if the numbers are accurate. Some people might argue that the numbers are way off, the fact that the US, Soviet Union, Japan, and Germany could easily round up over 200,000 aircraft lost is a bit hard to believe.

The numbers seem odd as well since for most of these nations, this has to be their entire air force. How are they broken down by aircraft type? What are the causes of these losses? These are probably just raw numbers and seem to be wildly inaccurate.
