At an airshow in the UK, the legendary Avro Vulcan XH558 delivered a flypast that left spectators in aweβand a car park full of alarms blaring! As the massive delta-wing bomber roared low over the crowd, its airbrakes extended beneath the wings, the sheer power of its engines triggered a wave of car alarms that echoed across the field.

Captured on video, the moment perfectly showed why the Vulcan remains one of Britainβs most beloved aircraft. The bomber swooped in low, steady and thunderous, its four Rolls-Royce Olympus engines producing a deep, chest-rattling roar that few aircraft can match

Though it last flew in 2015, XH558 continues to make appearances in taxi runs and power demonstrations, keeping alive the spirit of the Cold War-era jet that once carried Britainβs nuclear deterrent. The display was a reminder that the Vulcan isnβt just seenβitβs felt. Few aircraft can shake the ground, stir the soul, and set off every car alarm within range quite like this legendary bomber!
