Water landings – like any other landings, can go from 0 to 100 very quickly. If you need any proof, just take a look at this Cessna 172.

The video starts with the Cessna descending towards the water. But in just a quick second, the Cessna took an unexpected nosedive onto the water’s surface.

The plane, known for its reliability, found itself in an extraordinary situation as the whole fuselage got flipped onto the surface. Miraculously, the pilot managed to get out safely from this incident.

With no floats and (probably) no engine, this pilot was lucky enough to survive this incident. Still, that didn’t stop people from social media asking him where his flaps were…
