A380 Flares Too High

Did It Really Flare, or Is It a Go-Around?

According to the video, this Emirates Airbus A80 flares too high, and as a result, the pilots initiate a go-around. 

But from the looks of it, it didn’t flare too high but simply went around. It looks as if it started to climb immediately. If it was a flare, then it would have taken a lot longer for the engines to spool up. There might have been something else going on for the pilots to execute the go-around maneuver. 

What are your thoughts on this? Did the plane did flare or was it a straightforward go-around?
