A Parade on Air
This video captured an impressive ‘Diamond Nine’ formation of Typhoons of 29 Squadron WARLORD10 flight over RAF Coningsby.

According to YouTuber Ted Coningsby, this was in preparation for the Trooping the Colour, otherwise known as the King’s Birthday Parade. The first was done during King Charles II’s (1660–1685) reign, and in 1760, after King George III ascended to the throne, this became an annual event.
Amazing to see the Typhoons do a Diamond Nine formation. Those pilots definitely know how to get anyone’s attention and they did just that.

Overall, it was an awesome sight, and to top it off was the reaction of the person taking the video.
It’s a formation that’s definitely fit for a king! What do you think? Let us know your thoughts!
