News | Dashcam Captures Plane Hitting Power Lines, Erupting In Fireball

Talk About Lucky.

On May 2nd, 2017, a single-engine crashed on a busy street during rush hour in Mukilteo, Washington. A driver, with an activated dashcam, captured the whole event.

The plane was said to have taken off from Paine Field Airport which was just nearby and crashed soon after. The cause of the accident is till under investigation but no criminal charges are though to ensue.

In the end, the pilot walked out fo his plane with no serious injuries. The worst part of the story was that some homes in the area lost power for a bit and a few cars were damaged by the ensuing fire, but that’s about the extent of what could have been a tragic day.
