Seeing a WW2-era ball turret is already rare enough. But what if you were able to shoot it yourself!?
In the video, we get to see a vintage WW2 ball turret with twin .50-cals that spectators could shoot. The fully functioning ball turret definitely gained a lot of attention during the event.
The Sperry A2 Ball Turret was usually mounted on the bottom of the B-17 Flying Fortress and the B-24 Liberator throughout the Second World War.

According to Gunscom, their team was lucky enough to find one in a surplus store. They basically turned it upside down, turned it up, placed hydraulic fluid, fired it up and itโs running pretty great!
One can even take the ball turret for a spin! All you gotta do is to buy enough ammunition, their team will put it in, and you can turn that ammo into noise!
