Absolutely Stunning
The de Havilland DH.98 Mosquito is a twin-engine, multi-role combat plane that was introduced by the British during the Second World War.
The “Mossie,” was an incredibly light and nimble fighter bomber that was primarily made out of wood, eventually becoming one of the most iconic planes of the RAF to ever take the skies.
This footage features the DH.98 Mosquito T.Mk.III. in a nighttime engine run event held by the Flying Heritage and Combat Armor Museum last December 2017.
Another interesting fact is that currently, there are only four of these birds in the world that are deemed airworthy. Pretty amazing right?
