First conceptualized in 2016, it was only until 2023 that the potential of the V-247 Vigilant unmanned aerial vehicle was realized. While it was initially intended for the US Marine Corps, this lethal drone proved that it was more than capable, including the development of a version that’s compatible with the Arleigh Burke-class destroyers of the Navy. Thus, developers pledged in releasing a more compact version that retains the same capabilities and power as the original.

We bet that given its range and payload, it can be an ideal supplement to search and rescue operations. This is probably one of the coolest drones/unmanned planes we have ever seen yet!
