Amazing Warbird Restoration
The Focke-Wulf 190 is a single-seat, single-engine fighter that was widely used by the Germans during World War II. Along with the Messerschmitt Bf 109, its famous counterpart, the two planes became the backbone of the Luftwaffe during that time.

The video showcases an FW 190 A8 doing a test run to verify for an oil leak that was fixed the day before. The Hangar 10 Museum owns this newly built airplane, and comes with several original parts. It is also powered by the Russian Ash82T 14-cylinder radial engine with approximately 1900 horsepower.

Overall, we got to say that we’re impressed with the engine since it’s stable and smooth overall. And that opening flyby- what a plane! This restoration done on the plane is truly superb.
