In this footage, we get to see the G.91 flying in Italy for the Italian Air Force’s 100th Anniversary Air Show. The restoration was done by Vola Fenice’s team and specialists of the Italian Air Force.

The fighter bomber did a couple of fly bys at the Centenario Aeronautica Militare Air Show at Pratica di Mare, Rome. This was the planeโs first public air show appearance in decades!

The event featured a wide array of current and former Italian Air Force types.
This piece of Italian Air Force history flew again for the first time since it was retired in 1992. The G.91 played a vital part in the history of the Aeronautica Militare.

It has around a 35-year service life with 756 planes built.
