M60 Machine Gun Full Auto – DEVASTATING Firepower!

I officially declare this as the coolest thing I’ve seen to date. The M60 is a total badass which is why before there was M240 or M249, it served as the US Military’s primary squad support machine gun. It even had vehicle-mounted roles. The weight of the gun itself, along with its ammunition (which can go anywhere from 200-1000 rounds), made it difficult for one soldier alone to carry it around and operate it.

The M60 is a belt-fed machine gun that fires the 7.62×51mm NATO cartridge (.308 Winchester) commonly used in larger rifles. It is generally used as a crew-served weapon and operated by a team of two or three individuals. The team consists of the gunner, the assistant gunner (AG in military slang), and the ammunition bearer.

This is one of those firearms that really command respect and because I’ve always been fascinated with its incredible firepower, I’m not going to deny I just put this video on repeat.
