This mean-looking Massey Ferguson 2805 sounds marvelous while its engine gets warmed up. The row-crop tractor was about to participate in a circuit by the National Tractor Pullers Association. 

It comes equipped with a Perkins ATV8.640 liquid-cooled engine with dimensions of 1058 x 909 x 830 cm. The engine alone weighs up to 2096.6lbs! 

Surprisingly, the 8-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine was used in one of the variants of the M577. Taiwan’s CM-26 Command Track is fitted with the TV8.640 rated at 248hp. 

The locally-built variant shares vital components from China’s CM21A1 but with one reverse and four forward gears. It is also fitted with night vision driving aids, an improved communications suite, NBC protection, and other minor changes.
